You know I like to be honest about what's happening in my life. I have shared a lot about myself in this podcast, and today is no different. I wanted to share with you how I have been going through the SASS technique over 24 hours every day for the past few days. I feel like a lot of us are at the end of a chapter. The new chapter hasn't begun, and we are in that space in between. I don't know about you, but it's been a little bit of a roller coaster ride for me. It's really uncomfortable at times.
So I started applying the SASS principles to it, and it has been a game-changer for me. I know this stuff works because I teach it, but I'm seriously so grateful to have such a robust system in my toolbelt.
I also have the immense pleasure of sharing an interview Anna Tsui and I did, which goes deeper into each of the steps of the SASS technique. At the end of the episode, you'll have everything you need to apply it yourself and create some change even in just 24 hours.
