When one of my tennis games went poorly last week, I had the opportunity to walk myself through the SASS pillars and shift the way I was feeling and thinking.

And today, I want to teach you how to do it so you can shift and change too. This process took me from feeling insecure after I didn't play well to feeling inspired and grateful.
