This episode is a genius call with folks who have been through my SASS experience. Just to tell you what the SASS experience is about, it's a four-pillar method that I teach. S stands for subconscious thinking, A is for alignment, S for soul ignition, and the last S represents synchronization.

We are going to delve deeply into that topic, as well as the significance of practicing self-affirmation in order for you to retain a sense of the amazing person that you truly are.

It's likely that there are times in your life when you don't give yourself enough credit for the efforts that you've put in. Where you are continuously critical of yourself and too focused on the things that aren't going well for you. Living in such a manner, however, is exhausting; it saps the vitality right out of you and, at times, causes you to forget who you truly are and what you stood for in the first place.

In this episode through the SASS formula, you may gain motivation on finding yourself and focus on your belief systems. Because when you are focused on your beliefs, specifically on good beliefs, you're aligned with your soul. When you remember who you are, your soul is lit, and synchronicity follows.
