We are so blessed to have Sheila Seppi join us in this episode. She is one of the guest teachers on Membership for Your Soul, also an author, speaker, multidimensional life coach, healer, regression therapist, and events coordinator.

I will tell you a couple of uncomfortable stories today and share some of the things I have done to 10x my life.
I’m sharing how to balance the 10x-ing of your life because when you choose to really shift and change, things will start to happen and it might get uncomfortable. It’s like the cement foundation (your old belief system) you were on has been jackhammered, and you’re standing in the rubble waiting for the new cement (your new belief system) to be poured in.
In these moments of shifting, you might be getting signs through uncomfortable or upsetting situations. I want to invite you to pay attention. Instead of being distraught or upset, figure out what information that situation is giving to you. It might be something you need to learn or something you need to stop doing, be present with it.

Today I will teach you some things about the different clairs and why they are important. I also talk about growing and creating a business that lights you up and incorporates everything you love about life.
Our guides are here to trickle in the information that’s super important for us to make impactful decisions in life. Everything in our life is information that reveals to us in every moment what we need to do and what we need to stop doing to live our greatest aligned life. To understand the information we are getting, we use our clairs and our senses.
Marrying the clairs and the senses allows us to tune in to the present moment and have a conversation with it. The more we do this, the stronger our ability to communicate with our guides.

This will be a very interesting and fiery podcast episode because I have a lot of unexpected things happening in my life right now. And you know I like to show up transparently for you. I'm not pretending that nothing happened. It's important for me as a teacher to let you see all sides of me equally. I'm not showing you only the highlights because I know how much there is so much to learn from our moments of difficulty. It's not only happy days and rainbows over here, and we gain nothing pretending like it is.
So I'm showing up no matter what. I have to walk my talk and show up for myself and empower myself to move forward with all the tips and techniques that you have heard me talk about. There is always something to learn and it’s up to us to see the lesson and change accordingly.
