You are going to go on a healing journey with me today. I wanted to record another podcast out in nature, so I decided to make it a healing journey for all of us. You'll hear me calling out signs and asking you questions about what they mean to you. As you come up with your answers, write them down or speak them out loud.
Before you go on the journey, I want you to think about a place in your life where you need healing. Pick an area where you are lacking connection, love, or peace. I want you to pick an aspect of your life where you are ready to move through into the next iteration of it.
Remember to use your imagination. You have to really explore so your mind chatter doesn't get in the way. So just answer the questions that I asked you and allow them to come to you. Don't try to make sense of them. Many times during these experiences, you may not get the answers to your question but what you're doing is opening the door to the answers to your questions. What you're doing is saying, "I'm ready for this healing." Trust that the answers will come to you.

Can you be normal and still be gifted? Can you continue to have normal relationships after your gifts awaken? Many times in my life, I have felt that I had to hide parts of myself to continue to have a "normal" life. But it wasn't until recently that I discovered the profound impact of what that compartmentalizing has had in my life.
As you'll hear in this episode, this is something I'm working on currently with my new therapists because I'm really wanting to expand in some areas of my life. I know I need to do some digging as to why things are happening the way they are.
It's common for me to see this in my students as well. I want to assure you that the only way of developing your gifts or skills is to work on yourself. The more you align with your soul, the grander your ability to tap into your talents will be. We have to completely accept who we are and learn to be in the world while being fully ourselves. So embrace your truth, love it, be with it, and of course, show it to the world.

There is a lot of stigma around therapy. Sometimes we feel embarrassed and think there is something wrong with us because we need help and support. But really, we all need support throughout our lives. There is nothing wrong with reaching out for help when you need it.

I'm doing a tarot reading for everyone around unconditional love and talking about spiritual anger and connecting to strong feelings. I'm telling you a little story about the lessons I am learning around unconditionally loving myself to set the scene for the reading. It obviously involves tennis and dogs because, well, it's me.
I have mentioned in past episodes that my relationship with my family is complicated. One of the reasons being that I'm only loved by them if I meet certain conditions. If I behave a certain way, I'm seen and loved, but I get the opposite if I don't. This has led me to do a lot of work on myself to be able to give myself the love that I need and want at any time.
It doesn't matter who loves me with conditions or not. It matters that I love myself unconditionally, no matter what. Because when I love myself to that level, I show up differently in my life, teachings, and relationships. I hope the reading guides you to where you need to find that love for yourself.

This episode has a little bit of everything. I know I have been teasing you with the story I'm working on for my second podcast and today, I'm sharing more of the story to get myself in the flow to tell it and of course to get you excited about it.
Back then, when all of it happened, I was new to my gifts and although I was having experiences with spirits frequently, this one was different. The spirit did not want to leave, and I was flooded with information but no confirmation on what I was getting, so it was a memorable experience for me because I was challenged to trust whatever information I was getting and continue to do the work.
Of course, I think the story is fantastic and it's part of my journey to share it with you, so I hope that hearing more of it piques your interest. We're going to be talking about channeling today. I share how I do it now and the method I used back when I started channeling. I will guide you through an exercise too, so you can experience it yourself.
The biggest thing that gets in the way of channeling is mind chatter, rules, and regulations passed down by people. To be able to channel, you have to free up your mind and clear the mind muck. A lot of it stems from self-doubt and will have you second guess the information you are receiving but promise me that you will trust whatever is coming to you for the exercise we are doing today.
Channeling, for me personally, branched out from the dream work I did before I stepped fully into my abilities. I didn't second guess myself. Even if I didn't remember the dream exactly, I would trust whatever image came to me. So just follow along today and cultivate trust in yourself. You will be amazed at the answers you get.

I'm sharing a very vulnerable story of what happened in my business recently. Just because I have a successful business doesn't mean I don't have my own hurdles to overcome and I know sharing this story will offer a lot to you.
We're talking about intentions, believing in yourself and mindset today. Intentions are very important to set so we have a map of where we are going. We're in the driver's seat, our guide is sitting next to us, and they can't tell us where to go if we don't tell them where we want to go. If we have no direction, they might give us a sign but we won't even understand what it means.
If you have your intention, surrender and know that Spirit's got something greater for you. Follow along the path and the symbols and guidance will be there for you.
But here's the biggest thing I want you to get from this episode: don't give up on yourself. You're not going to give up on a goal even if the universe is making you hit wall after wall. If you don't believe in yourself enough to make your goals happen, nobody else will. Don't wait for people outside of you to believe in you. You believe in yourself first and foremost and no matter what, don't give up on what you truly want.
