In this session, I'd like to discuss SASS-ing one's way through life. So, SASS is a pillar system that my Guides gave me, and I want to share it with you so you can apply it to everything you do. What I've learned about the SASS approach is that it's a comprehensive system that you can apply to every aspect of your life in order to solve difficulties quickly.

When you are able to overcome obstacles in your life with greater ease, you are, in a way, stepping into your greatness and truly becoming the person you are meant to be. It's possible that I've shared this remark before, but I'm going to share it again: "What if the problems are the solutions?" as one of my Guides once suggested.

That's a shift in perspective, and it helps you guide yourself out of the trouble you're in and understand why the Universe is allowing things into your life, even though it feels chaotic, painful, dismal, and hopeless. There is, and always will be, a window of opportunity for you to step into your greatness.

I will give you a special meditation in this episode. It involves chakra meditation which I've developed in the past for the Membership for Your Soul, and I've received a great deal of awe-inspiring reaction. Eps 128 - How to Step Into and Own Your Greatness

Everyone wants to step into their own greatness; anyone would want to be the best version of themselves and achieve the things they have been dreaming about. But sometimes to achieve that greatness, you will need to let go of things in your life, and letting go of anything that has been a part of your life for so long is never easy. It's like stripping a part of you. It will hurt, and the anxiety of uncertainty will keep you from taking the step toward that change, which might actually change the trajectory of your life.

For me, 2022 was a year of transition. It was a year in which a lot of changes were required. It's easy to see that you need to change, but it's harder to do something about it. Yet I was willing to go through the transition. I closed numerous doors and began saying no to things that were no longer in alignment with my soul and were no longer representing who I am.

It was a difficult path to be on since the door I chose to close was a program that I had for ten years. The attachment sure is there, but adapting to change, in whatever form it takes, requires a significant amount of effort. That attachment you had truly makes you hesitant to make the necessary change that you will need to make in order to go to the next level or move on to the next chapter of your life and achieve the greatness that you were meant to be.

When we were young, we thought we could take over the world and be special. We thrived in our own light. And because we are so sensitive, we can pick up on other people's energy or feelings, so you know that your light has made someone very uncomfortable, and you dim it because you don't want to make anyone uncomfortable, especially someone close to you.

You've always had this feeling buried deep within you, but it wasn't until you had more life experience that you figured out your passions. It would appear that you were born with the ability to make other people laugh out loud. This fondness evolves into passion as you see how much happiness you can bring to other people; you may have repressed that light, but it is still there and always has been.

What you were born with and what you go through in life shape and drive your interests and passions. And this equation gets us to the question of how we want to be of service; whether you want to do it as a career or as a hobby is something else you need to decide for yourself. But whatever you do has to be in alignment with your truth.

And this will be the topic of our discussion today. I will do a genius call where we will discuss your genius and your light, and, as previously stated, we will cover different parts of genius each time.

Eps 126 - Claircognizance with a Meditation

The practice of meditation is amazing. It can alter your experience in life, your makeup, and how you're wired. Whichever form of meditation you choose, it will undoubtedly take you to a new state of awareness and lead you on a journey to a deeper understanding of who you are. The particular meditation that I'll teach you in this episode is about claircognizance or deep knowing. Claircognizance is a download of a ton of information in a split second and is more multi-dimensional.

Eps 125 - Talking to Deceased People

Losing a loved one is terrible for everyone, and when it happens, you frequently want the deceased to provide some sort of closure. Saying goodbye, offering an apology, asking for advice, or simply needing to get something off your chest. It's natural to yearn to speak with your loved ones, even for a short period of time, because the heartache and agony of not having that communication that you desperately need are unbearable. And this episode is dedicated to that.

Since I'm teaching this topic at Next Level Living, I thought it would be helpful to share some of what I know. Communicating with the deceased comes in many forms, like clairaudience (hearing voices), clairvoyance (seeing images), clairsentience (recognizing feelings), or through empathic abilities. In this episode, I'll be talking about different ways to communicate with the dead and about spiritual boundaries, what they mean, why they're important, how you can create them, and more.

Eps 124 - Self-Worth: A Candid Account of Your Life

This episode is a genius call. Every time we do a genius call, we focus on different aspects of genius, and today's focus is on identifying the brilliance that already exists within you so that you may give it the recognition that it deserves.

Everyone, in my opinion, possesses some level of genius. It is a gift that is unique to you; it is the calling that has been given to you; it is your own soul. It is not enough to simply make a living from your skill; rather, the goal should be to use it to evolve into the finest version of yourself in order to live your life to the fullest.

I've been teaching SASS for a while, and what I've noticed is that people don't see their own genius because they're so used to not giving themselves value or worth. It's really easy to devalue yourself when you look at yourself with tinted glasses.

You may view yourself differently than others. You may be admired for your accomplishments, yet you may still be unsatisfied. Negative people may say things about you just to put you down, and if you don't trust yourself and your work, you'll believe it and despise yourself. So you really have to learn how to trust yourself, trust the process, and not fear mistakes and rejections.

I was invited to be a guest on Gina Cavalier's podcast, where we talked about guides. We discussed the importance of knowing the extent to which guides may help us become who we were meant to be and how crucial it is to comprehend the power that guides truly possess.

As we all know, every person in the world has a fingerprint that is completely unique to them. No matter how similar a person may appear on the surface or how similar they may behave, the soul that is within them is unique. Eps 122 - Remembering Who You Are

This episode is a genius call with folks who have been through my SASS experience. Just to tell you what the SASS experience is about, it's a four-pillar method that I teach. S stands for subconscious thinking, A is for alignment, S for soul ignition, and the last S represents synchronization.

We are going to delve deeply into that topic, as well as the significance of practicing self-affirmation in order for you to retain a sense of the amazing person that you truly are.

It's likely that there are times in your life when you don't give yourself enough credit for the efforts that you've put in. Where you are continuously critical of yourself and too focused on the things that aren't going well for you. Living in such a manner, however, is exhausting; it saps the vitality right out of you and, at times, causes you to forget who you truly are and what you stood for in the first place.
